If for any reason the product doesn’t meet your expectations, you may opt for an exchange within 7 days after the date of delivery . Please ensure that the item is in its original packaging, unused, and accompanied by the original invoice.

Please note that all products are crafted exclusively after the order is placed, ensuring that each piece is made to order with attention to detail and personalization. Due to the custom nature of these items, we do not offer returns or refunds under any circumstances. Once the production process begins, the fabric is selected and tailored to your specific requirements, making it unique and non-reusable for future orders. As a result, we are unable to accommodate any requests for returns, exchanges, or refunds after the purchase has been made. Please ensure you have carefully reviewed the size, color, and specifications before placing your order, as we aim to provide you with a product that meets your expectations without the possibility of modification post-production.

Here’s a detailed description of the exchange request:

To initiate an exchange, kindly ensure that the product is shipped in its original packaging to the following address provided. Additionally, please share the shipping details, including the Air Waybill (AWB) number, and images of the package at contact@rochaldas.in. This will allow us to process the exchange efficiently. Please note that the product should be in an unused condition with all original tags intact. Upon receipt and inspection, we will proceed with the exchange as per the terms and conditions outlined.

In addition to our exchange policy, we offer a convenient solution for future purchases in the form of coupons. After we receive the returned product, it will be inspected, and upon approval, a coupon will be generated accordingly. The coupon can be redeemed on our website and will remain valid for 1 year from the date of order, giving you plenty of time to select a replacement item that better suits your needs.
