At Rochaldas Sons, we prioritize your satisfaction. If you receive a damaged product or the size doesn’t fit, you can initiate the exchange process within 7 days of the delivery date. Here’s a step-by-step guide to ensure a smooth and hassle-free exchange process:

How to Initiate an Exchange

  1. Reach Out to Us:
    Email us at contact@rochaldas.in with your order details, reason for exchange, and clear images of the product if it's damaged. Our team will respond promptly to assist you further.

  2. Pack the Product Securely:
    Please place the product in its original condition and packaging, just as it was delivered to you. Ensure all tags, labels, and accessories are intact. For packing:
    • Ensure no corner of the package is open; the package should be completely sealed.
    • Pack the product securely in a bag, polybag, or cover to protect it during transit

  3. Receive the Exchange Label and Manifest:
    Once the exchange is approved, we will send you an exchange label and manifest via email / whatsapp.

  4. Print and Attach:
    • Print the label and securely affix it to the box.
    • Keep the manifest with you for future reference.

  5. Handover to Delivery Agent:
    The delivery boy will come to pick up the package. They will check the product against the label and sign on the manifest for acknowledgment. Please ensure the manifest is signed and retained with you.

  6. Product Inspection and Exchange Dispatch:
    • Once we receive the returned product at our facility, it undergoes a quick inspection to ensure it meets the exchange criteria.
    • After inspection, we will initiate the dispatch of your desired exchange product under a new order ID.

  7. Receive Your New Product:
    Sit back and relax! Your exchanged product will be delivered to your doorstep.

 

Important Notes

  • Exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
  • Ensure the product is unused and in its original condition.
  • Shipping for exchanges is complimentary for size and damage-related issues.
  • Pickup will be attempted thrice. If the courier company cannot pick up the shipment, you will need to send the product to our address. Pickup services depend on the availability in your area.
  • If returned in poor condition or clearly worn, the exchange will not be processed.
  • If the product is lost, damaged, or not delivered during return transit, exchange / refund will not be processed.
  • Avoid using The Professional Couriers for returns as packages are not reliably delivered. We recommend Speed Post for self-returns.

 

Return Process with Coupons for Future Purchases

If you wish to return a product and opt for a store coupon, we’ve made the process simple. The value of your return will be credited as a coupon valid for 1 year, allowing you to shop with us again. Here's how it works:

  1. Contact Us:
    Email us at contact@rochaldas.in with your order details and reason for return.

  2. Prepare the Product for Return:
    • Ensure the product is unused and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
    • Ensure no corner of the package is open; the package should be completely sealed.
    • Pack the product securely in a bag, polybag, or cover to protect it during transit

  3. Receive the Return Label and Manifest:
    We will email you a return label and manifest once the return is approved.

  4. Print and Attach:
    • Print the label and affix it securely to the package.
    • Keep the manifest for your records.

  5. Handover to the Delivery Agent:
    • The delivery boy will pick up the package, verify it, and sign the manifest.
    • Retain the signed manifest for your reference.

  6. Processing Your Return:
    • Once the returned product passes inspection, a coupon worth the order amount will be added to your cart.
    • This coupon will be valid for 1 year and can be used for future purchases on our website.
