Return & Exchange Policy
No Refund Policy
We do not provide refunds on any orders, whether they are domestic or international. If there are any concerns related to the product, we will support you with an exchange or replacement as applicable under the terms mentioned.
Partial payments are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances. These payments are used to cover logistics, processing, and shipping costs.
Once the product is shipped from our side, no refund of any partial payment will be made under any circumstances. This applies even if the customer declines delivery, is unavailable, or refuses to accept the order for any reason.
Exchange Policy
At Rochaldas Sons, customer satisfaction is a priority. If you receive a damaged product or face an issue with sizing, you can request an exchange within seven (7) days from the date of delivery.
How to Initiate an Exchange
To begin the process, you can reach out to us via email at contact@rochaldas.in with your order details, the reason for exchange, and clear images of the product if it is damaged. Our team will assist you further.
The product should be packed securely in its original condition and packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact. Ensure that the package is properly sealed with no open corners and protected with a bag, polybag, or cover for safe transit.
Once the exchange is approved, you will receive an exchange label and manifest via email or WhatsApp. Print the label and affix it securely to the package while keeping the manifest for future reference.
When the delivery agent arrives, hand over the package. The agent will verify the product against the label and sign the manifest as acknowledgment. It is important to retain the signed manifest.
After the product reaches our facility, it will be inspected to confirm that it meets the exchange criteria. Once approved, the replacement product will be dispatched under a new order ID and delivered to your address.
Important Exchange Information
- Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving the product
- The item must remain unused and in its original condition
- Shipping for exchanges related to size or damage will be complimentary
- Pickup will be attempted up to 3 times; if unsuccessful, self-shipping may be required
- Courier availability depends on your location
If the returned product is received in poor condition, appears worn, or is damaged during transit, the exchange will not be processed.
Please avoid using The Professional Couriers for returns, as their deliveries are often unreliable. For self-returns, Speed Post is strongly recommended.
No Return / No Exchange / No Refund Policy (Sale Products)
Products purchased during sale or promotional offers with any discount are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
Customers are requested to check product details, size charts, and specifications carefully before placing the order, as no requests will be entertained post-purchase for sizing or preference-related issues.
These sale items are offered at heavily discounted prices; hence no alternative compensation, store credit, or exchange can be provided.
Exception
A return will be accepted only in case of:
- Manufacturing defect
- Product received damaged from our side
- Any such issue must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery along with clear photos/videos for verification.
By placing an order on discounted sale products, the customer agrees to and accepts this policy.
Mandatory Unboxing & Return Video Requirement
For all requests related to replacement, exchange, return, or store coupon issuance, customers are required to record a clear, continuous video:
- While unboxing the product at the time of delivery
- While packing the product for return
This video must clearly show:
- The unopened package with the shipping label visible
- The process of opening the package
- The product condition inside the package
- The process of securely packing the product for return
Customers must retain this video until the request is fully resolved. Rochaldas Sons may request this video at any stage for verification.
Requests without a valid unboxing/return video may not be eligible for exchange, replacement, return, or coupon issuance.
Return Process with Coupons
If you prefer to return a product and receive a store coupon, we offer a simple process.
The value of your return will be issued as a store coupon valid for one (1) year, which can be used for future purchases on our website.
To initiate this, contact us at contact@rochaldas.in with your order details and reason for return.
The product must be unused and packed in its original condition with all tags intact. Ensure the package is properly sealed and secured for safe transit.
Once approved:
- A return label and manifest will be shared via email
- Attach the label securely and retain the manifest
- Hand over the package to the delivery agent and keep the signed copy
After successful inspection at our facility, the coupon will be issued.
Important Return Information
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
- Coupons cannot be exchanged for cash
- Coupons are valid only for purchases on Rochaldas Sons’ website
- If the product is lost, damaged, or not delivered during return, the request will not be processed
